How to use XR Procedures independently?

Before you can schedule procedures, they need to be validated first if this feature is active on your platform.

For trainees to train with the procedure in Passerelle Player, you need to 'schedule a job' as a coordinator or administrator.

Note

Make sure you have the Coordinator or Administrator role. You can change roles by clicking on them and switch to another one in the list.

  • Go yo Jobs and press Schedule Job

  • Give the job a title.

  • Determine a period during which the job is valid. Outside this period, pin codes are no longer valid.

  • Under Definition, choose which procedure you want to schedule. If the Procedure hasn't been validated and this feature is active on your platform, it will not appear in the list.

  • Invite participants who must be able to start the procedure with a PIN code. Press 'add' for participants. When creating the registration, participants will receive an email with a PIN code.

  • Press 'Create' when finished.
