Where can I see user data of organizations, groups and applications?¶

Make sure Teach square is selected. You can change squares by clicking on the corresponding icon.

Go to Insights.
Here data is organized in four categories: Organizations (only available for the main organization), applications, lessons and lesson parts.

Organizations¶

The main organization can see the activity of other organizations on the same tenant.
The default date will always be this month, but you can adjust this in the search bar.

You can switch views by pressing the list button in the upper right corner.
In the list view, active sessions are organized for each organization during that time period.

You can see how many times the applications have been started within your organization.
The default date will always be this month, but you can adjust this in the search bar.

You can see how many times different lesson content has been started within your organization.
The default date will always be this month, but you can adjust this in the search bar.

If you want to review the progress of trainees in lesson content, you can go to Lesson Completion.
Here you can select a group (optional), person (optional) and date (optional) to filter the completion rate within a certain period. If you don't select a date the completion rate will be filtered for all time.
The ring shows how many trainees have completed, not completed or not started the lesson.
Completed: the trainee has completed the lesson. Not completed: the trainee started the lesson, but hasn't finished it yet. Not started: the trainee never started the lesson before.
The last recording of the trainee (according to the status) is also available.
