How do I start XR Instructor?

Go to the XR Platform and Launch XR Instructor

My VR devices are connected to wifi and the XR Instructor but won't stream. Why?

Network security

Some networks have more security than others. Try connecting a VR device to a good hotspot (your smartphone, MIFI Router, etc). If it works with the hotspot, the problem is network related. Keep in mind to test the network if you're in a different location and make sure to have a connection back up plan.

Supported PDP Type (MIFI Router)

If you are using a MIFI Router (tp-link for example), make sure to change the PDP type to IPv4. Here you'll find more information about setting up your tp-link.

XR Installer

Where can I find the XR Installer to install my VR devices?

You can download the XR Installer from two locations:

  • On the XR Platform under devices

  • On the Supportsquare website:

My VR Device won't connect to the XR Installer.

Are you using one of the supported VR Devices?

  • Meta quest (2, 3 and further)

  • Pico neo (3, 4 and further)

Are the devices in developer mode? If not, here you'll find more information about activating developer mode.
