Safety straps

Put on the safety straps before training. Tables look very real in VR and people putting their controllers on the 'tables' happens often.

Grip buttons

We use the grib buttons to grab objects and manipulate them.

Trigger buttons

We use the trigger buttons for:

  • Selecting, navigating with the pointer.
  • Jumping or teleporting in the VR environment.
Home buttons

We use the home buttons to:

  • Summon the quick menu while inside applications.
  • Recenter the VR environment back to the middle.

Power button and status indicator

Turn on the headset: Press the power button (1) 5 seconds until you see a blue light (2).

Sleep mode: Press the power button one short time to put the headset in sleep mode or to activate it again.

Turn off the headset: Press the power button (1) until you see the blue light (2) flickering.

Putting on the headset

  • Use the wheel and the straps to loosen or tighten the headset.
  • Put the glasses on your eyes first and pull the strap down.
  • Tighten with the wheel or the straps.
Volume buttons

Use the '+' and '-' buttons to turn up/down the volume.

Camera's

There are 4 tracking camera's on the VR headset. The camera in the middle also adds color to the passthrough environment.

Be careful not to put the devices in direct sunslight. This will damage the lenses.
